Time when I used to be crazy about love,
Wrecked for my crushes not feeling just the same
Ended with resolving crisis quarter-life.
Nonetheless, I remain relationship-lame.
That is but no concern for me — mature — now.

Yearning for partnership is a thing of past,
Now I know love can have many different forms.
I am sure currently living my best life,
No longer naïve or devoured by doubt worms,
Enjoying who I am, found my place at last.

Years come with ripening irrevocable,
Everything happens in its course and time due.
Adopting Indian girls to help their life
Really has satisfied urgent need to do
Something good, adult and much responsible.

Acad. path pursuing, hope to become known,
Moved out of parents’ house, mistress of my own,
I am now finally feeling fully grown.
